Payment Terms
When placing your first order we request that you include payment for half of the total bill, with the balance due upon receipt.  This practice may be continued, or waived, with subsequent orders at our discretion.  We currently accept checks, money orders, and cashier’s checks made out to Peter Rice or Andy Alley.  Although credit cards and PayPal are convenient, we do not accept them as they increase our overhead and yours.  This allows us to keep our prices low and offer free shipping on orders of $50.00 or more.

Partial Orders
We do reserve the right to break orders for large numbers of miniatures into smaller, more manageable groups, though this will be discussed with you prior to our accepting your order.

Turnaround Time
How long will it take?  We realize that you are eager to receive your painted troops and will do our best to return them to you as quickly as possible, while maintaining our highest level of quality.  When you place your order with us we will be able to provide with an estimate for delivery of all, or part, of your order.  Typically, we will complete orders within 30 days of receiving them, though larger orders may take more time.  We operate on a first-come, first-served basis though if you have an emergency time limit we will try to accommodate you.  Whenever possible we will make certain that you wait no longer than 30 days for at least one unit or command group of your order.

Shipping
We use the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail and include Delivery Confirmation at NO CHARGE to you.  Unless requested we do not insure our packages unless they exceed $500.00 in value.  In over 20 years of service the USPS has never lost or destroyed a package.  If you prefer a different delivery method please let us know, though we do reserve the right to charge you any extra costs associated with said.
When sending us an order, please organize your troops by unit.  This helps to insure that no mistakes are made in translation as well as helping you remember what orders of battle you need to fulfill your army’s organization.
