Ordering                                                                       

Have you found what you are looking for?  Please contact us with any questions that you might have, or to receive an estimate for painting your miniatures.  Be sure to include your phone number, address and email address so that we can contact you.

Payment Terms
When placing your first order we request that you include payment for half the total bill, with the balance due upon receipt.  This practice may be continued, or waived, with subsequent orders at our discretion.  We are currently able to accept personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks made out to Peter Rice.

Partial Orders
We do reserve the right to break orders for large numbers of miniatures into smaller, more manageable groups, though this will be discussed with you prior to our accepting the order.

Turnaround
How long will it take?  We realize that you are eager to receive your painted troops and will do our best to return them to you as quickly as possible, while maintaining our high standard of quality.  When you place your order with us we will be able to provide you with an estimate for delivery of all, or part, of your order.  Typically, we will complete orders within 30 days of receiving them, though larger orders may require more time.  Whenever possible, we will make certain that you are waiting no longer than 30 days for at least one of your units or command groups! 

Shipping
We ship UPS or US Mail, whichever you prefer.  You will be charged the same shipping and handling fees that we are in processing your order.  On some larger orders, at our discretion, we may decide to waive the shipping and handling charges.
